Les Remparts is one of the focal points of the medieval village of Gensac, sitting next to the 11th Century Church of Our Lady within the old quarter of the village.

It is ideally situated just one hour from Bordeaux and 40 minutes from Bergerac. Within a short distance of the hotel lies many attractions, non more popular than the picturesque town of St Emilion, a long time favourite with wine lovers.

Since opening the hotel in early 2005 Steve and Veronica have welcomed guests from all over the world to Les Remparts.

All our bedrooms are sympathetically furnished in keeping with the building and complete with en-suite shower and/or baths. Each room also enjoys direct dial telephone and satellite TV with international channels. Please note that all rooms are non smoking.

Les Remparts is situated in the South West of France, just a short distance away from the world renowned vineyards of Saint Emilion and Pomerol, settled amongst the beautiful undulating valleys surrounding the Dordogne .
